Roswell Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) Greenfield

The 33,000 square-foot multi-access edge computing (MEC) greenfield project includes two 4,000A utility services, two 4000A MSG, three 600KVA Uninterrupted Power Supply systems, two 3MW generators, and a rooftop solar array. As owner’s representative, Vertex assisted with procuring subcontractors, responding to bid-phase RFIs, reviewing and validating change orders, reviewing and coordinating the Construction Manager’s construction schedule, managing the MOP process, and overseeing all construction activities throughout the project. As a result of Vertex’s collaboration with the CM, A/E, and commissioning teams, the Certificate of Occupancy was delivered one month ahead of schedule.
