The Challenge
When a national wireless carrier acquired 96 new cell sites from Chariton Valley, a regional telecommunications provider in Northeast Missouri, they leaned on Vertex Innovations to ensure seamless integration. Serving as the client’s trusted advisor, our team oversaw the entire integration program. This comprehensive management included generating bid packages, coordinating site walks with architectural, engineering, and construction teams, conducting construction feasibility studies, managing forecasts and scheduling, and handling both closeout documentation and post-construction assessments.
The Solution
Upon identifying pre-existing equipment limitations throughout the project, our team swiftly relayed these challenges to both the client and the general contractor. This proactive communication allowed us to devise and enact innovative solutions, ensuring the project remained on track. In collaboration with Chariton Valley, our client, and the general contractors, we achieved the seamless integration of all 96 sites within the agreed timeline, budget, and to a high standard of quality.
