The Challenge

An international financial services organization aimed to install conduit infrastructure between the right-of-way and their office locations nationwide to gain greater control over their network’s future. The goal was to own the conduit and therefore accelerate fiber delivery. However, the client faced a key obstacle: a lack of visibility into the construction and delivery of the network infrastructure, particularly in terms of fiber installation.

The Solution

Vertex Innovations was brought in to accelerate the circuit delivery timeline and guide the client through the entire process, beginning with site feasibility studies to assess each location’s suitability for fiber availability. Upon confirming the viability of each site, Vertex assisted the client in navigating the complexities of building and owning the conduit infrastructure, with a specific focus on fiber delivery.

Vertex took on full project management responsibilities, including overseeing timelines, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring seamless execution on the ground. Vertex’s ability to mobilize quickly was crucial and allowed us to efficiently manage multiple project sites nationwide, ensuring that the work was completed on time and to specification.

By owning the conduit, the client expedited fiber installation and their access to greater network performance and scalability.
