The Challenge
One of the world’s leading telecommunications providers entrusted Vertex Innovations to oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) for the construction of nearly 100 cell sites across the Great Plains within eight months.
The Solution
Vertex Innovations provided the client with an in-house QA/QC engineer who conducted comprehensive inspections of upwards of 20 sites at a time, ensuring construction met and exceeded the client’s rigorous standards and specifications. Servicing multiple construction engineers and their projects concurrently enabled the client to continue its rapid construction schedule while enhancing efficiencies and controlling program costs.
QA/QC supervision extended to meticulous examinations of the site’s civil work, power and telco installation, tower foundation, fiber installation, antennas, and base station equipment installation, guaranteeing top-tier quality and safety standards.
